We understand that there will be emergencies in people’s lives. Please know that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you need to electively cancel an appointment, we ask that you kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, so that the same time slot may be given to another client who is on the waiting list. Our system sends automatic email reminders, text reminders the previous day and day of appointment; so that you will not MISS your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of your total services value scheduled if the cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance without a valid reason of emergency and if that happens more than once. A No-Call No-Show may result in a full billing of your scheduled services, or forfeiture of the services (if prepaid). While a client is on a series of treatment sessions, no further credit will be given if they do not show up for more than a year to complete the series as advised, unless the absence is because of pregnancy or other valid health related reason. By making appointments you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of cancellation.
